Hi! I’m Kim — Trinidad-born, Florida-raised, and a licensed esthetician since 2008. Royal Palm has been home for my family and me since 2008, and it’s where my love for skincare truly grew. With 17 years in the beauty industry, I’ve worked as a Lead Esthetician and managed three top spas while continually refining my craft in facials, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, peels, dermaplaning, and lash lifts & tints. Those years of hands-on experience and leadership shaped the calm, elevated approach I bring to every treatment. K Glo Bar is my cozy, modern boutique studio — a space created for real results, soft vibes, and personalized skincare that brings out your natural Glo. Each treatment is designed to help you feel relaxed, cared for, and completely refreshed. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me traveling with my family — exploring, recharging, and finding inspiration everywhere we go.
